Meet AmySue... AmySue is a graduate of Fine Arts from the College of Notre Dame. She went on to teach Art for several years before taking time off to raise her family. Now that AmySue's 3 boys are older and in school, she has returned back to the classroom in Arizona and quilts in her spare time... We are proud to have such a wonderful person/quilter designing for us...I can't wait to see what she does next ! |

Meet Me (Kerri) I am the Owner of The Broken Barn and also the Candle Maker, Floral Designer, etc...I have too many hats to mention but I enjoy everything I do and would not change one thing! When I'm not busy with my shop I'm home with my husband Jeff and our 2 dogs tending to my gardens and keeping up with the farm... You can find me either helping split wood for the winter or planting trees with my husband for the wildlife... but, if I'm no where to be found at all then I'm most likely hiding in my office working on the website or another idea for my shop... |
We have many others that have such great talents and I'm proud to display their items in my shop... Meet Candy: Candy does wonders with glass and ceramic tiles creating her one of a kind Mosaic creations...she also re purposes old lumber and other materials to make custom and functional bird houses... Meet Annette: Annette is a retired Social worker who's passion is creating her own Jewelry Line...Annette retired sometime ago due to heath but wasn't going to give up on her dreams to design and make her own Jewelery... In Addition to all these great people, we also have some companies that we buy from who are also proud to stamp their items Made In America... Signs: We buy from 3 different American companies...so no worries about lead in the paint... Candle & Tart Warmers Our Warmers come from a company that has been in business and employing American workers since the 1960's... Pottery: Our Pottery comes from 2 different companies, one out of Northern Wisconsin which is all done by a retired professor and his daughter, and the other from Ohio... Wall Hangings/Pictures: There are 4 different companies that I just love to buy from...2 from Wisconsin, 1 right here in Illinois and 1 in Ohio.... |
