The Broken Barn's 2nd Annual Food Drive.. Oct, Nov, & until Dec 15th we will be collecting Non-Perishable food items & blankets for those in need.. For every item you bring to the food drive you get 10% off an item of purchase, so 5 items = 5 items at 10% off.. Plus I will donate 5% of the total sale including sales tax to help fill the baskets with meats, dairy etc... All the food & blankets are then given to our Local Girl Scout leader who then distributes the items to Families in need. Items will be distributed in Mid Nov, and Dec. |

What can I say....What a turn out we had...30 people came out and joined us for our Recipe Swap to help Fight Hunger.. What a Generous group we had between making all the delicious items to helping fill our Baskets for those in need.. THANK YOU ALL! I try to mix up the Events out here yearly, but Everyone said they had such a great time and the food was just out of this world, So we are going to make this an Annual Event and a New Tradition for The Broken Barn.. Below are just a few of the Recipes..I will try to get them all to you..If you don't try them your missing out! |
